Founder and Advocate

Michael is the Founder of Childhood Cancer Hall of Champions.

For over two decades, he has been supporting organizations that advocate for children and families who are impacted by cancer.

In 2020, Michael decided to launch and fund this unique platform, with a purpose to share stories and connect families in need.

Michael is blessed with two healthy children of his own, Michael and Max. As a family legacy, a way to give back to the community, we look forward to creating a safe and helpful space with your stories.

Our Mission

While statistically cancer in children may be small when compared to cancer in adults , the psychological impact on these children and their families cannot be overlooked.

We are not about numbers, cures, donations or research initiatives. Instead, we want to dedicate this platform to children (age 0-21) and their families who are affected by childhood cancer.

We share their stories; celebrate their lives; and, in so doing, create a community and support network that’s forever free for these families.

Our Passion & Inspiration

People often ask our founder Michael why he is passionate to create a community like this. His children are healthy. Michael often brings up this video by Lady Antebellum in response to this question. This video speaks to the very essence not only of our project but, more importantly, the reality that all children and families who travel this journey leave an indelible imprint on the lives of those of us who long to advocate on their behalf and share their courageous, heroic stories with the world – at – large.
